At the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, I lead workforce programs, budgets, vendor performance, and partnerships across a $200K+ portfolio. I grew the Career Expo & Job Fair from 880 to 2,034 job seekers and pioneered an RFID system that turned event attendance into ongoing labour market intelligence.

I’ve also delivered Workforce Week across nine sub-programs and 100+ community partnerships, managed SaaS client programs at ROI and Gazelle.ai, and built a fractional communications and operations consultancy. I bring hands-on program delivery, stakeholder leadership, process design, and Certified Scrum Master training to complex cross-sector work.
