At the Black Business and Professional Association (BBPA), I designed operational systems for entrepreneurship and scholarship programs, including onboarding workflows, participant tracking, and standardized processes. I also built participant websites and centralized Notion knowledge hubs.
At BBPA, I managed SurveyMonkey application workflows supporting approximately 900 applications and coordinated group mentorship for 110 scholarship recipients. I administered and reported on approximately $250K in scholarship funding.
At Spring, I built operational dashboards and optimized HubSpot workflows for programs receiving 250+ applications. Earlier, at Future Capital, I helped deliver investment education programs that trained more than 500 Canadian women in startup investing across 25 cohorts.
