I’m looking for an IT operations or support role where I can own Windows/AD and Microsoft 365 environments, run monitoring and incident response, and apply my Azure and data engineering certifications to keep services secure and reliable.

I’m an IT infrastructure professional with 7+ years of experience in systems administration, network monitoring, and enterprise IT operations. I’ve managed Windows Server, Active Directory, O365, and real-time monitoring systems at both enterprise and ISP scale, keeping services stable through system monitoring, patching, backups, and preventive maintenance.

Currently, I manage ICT infrastructure for 500+ staff across 86+ branches at Himalayan Everest Insurance Ltd., administering Active Directory access control and O365 security management while coordinating incident response, documentation, and vendor support. Previously, I operated Zabbix/MRTG/Cacti monitoring for 145,000+ subscribers and handled helpdesk and router troubleshooting, and I hold Microsoft Azure and Fabric data engineering certifications to keep operations secure and reliable.
