I am a Network Technician and IT Support professional with hands-on experience in network design, systems administration, and technical sales. I combine strong technical foundations—Cisco networking, virtualization, and Azure—with practical experience delivering customer-focused solutions.

In recent roles I consulted with customers on mobile, internet, and home security needs, delivered technical sales presentations that drove weekly sales growth, and maintained detailed customer records to support team reporting. I also coached students in PTE exam strategies, achieving high pass rates through targeted training.

My education includes a Computer System Technician – Network System diploma where I designed and deployed a scalable 3-tier enterprise network for 600+ users, built Azure PaaS architectures, configured Exchange Server 2019 with AD integration, and developed an ITIL-compliant disaster recovery plan. I emphasize automation and efficient administration using PowerShell and virtualization technologies.
