What I'm looking for

I am seeking an entry-level technical support or cloud-related role where I can troubleshoot real issues, support users, and continue learning in a collaborative environment.

I am an IT student completing a Network Systems Administrator diploma with hands-on experience from labs and self-directed projects. I focus on technical support and cloud-related roles where I can troubleshoot production issues and support users.

I have practical experience with GCP and AWS, Hyper-V and VirtualBox, pfSense firewalls, Active Directory, and common networking protocols like TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS. My projects include GCP VM troubleshooting, cloud networking labs, and a multi-VM home lab documenting incidents and fixes.

I am known for being reliable, patient, and clear when explaining technical problems, and I bring strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills to technical support and system administration roles.
