What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a sales leadership role where I can own strategic accounts, scale enterprise SaaS and partnerships, and partner with C-suite to deliver ambitious growth and retention in dynamic markets.

I’m a commercial growth and strategic accounts leader with 15+ years delivering client acquisition, key account development, and partnership-led revenue across the UK and UAE. I build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders to secure and expand enterprise SaaS and professional services outcomes.

In my current role as Head of Sales & Key Accounts at DULSCO Group, I lead a team of 12 Business Development Managers and Account Managers and drive delivery against a combined annual new business and growth target of AED 213M. I helped achieve AED 13.6M above budget by H1 2025 while strengthening strategic client relationships across logistics, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, government, utilities, construction, and transport.

I also bring a strong consultative and customer-focused track record—working closely with executive leadership on commercial strategy, pipeline management, tenders and RFQs, client retention, and key account development. Earlier experience in recruitment and property expanded my ability to translate market needs into measurable growth and long-term relationships.
