I’m currently looking for a challenge in the property industry to develop further within a highly successful company, using my leasing, negotiation, and team leadership strengths to drive growth and improve client outcomes.

I’m a dedicated and results-driven professional with a successful background in sales, leasing, managing, and customer service. I’ve built strong expertise in maximising rental income, occupancy rates, and portfolio building across the UK and Dubai markets, aligning leasing activity with asset management objectives.

Most recently as Head of Leasing at Dalia S.PProperties (Dubai), I led and managed a team of six leasing consultants, drove training to exceed targets, and generated approx AED 900,000–1.2m revenue in my first year through strategic business development. I oversee the full leasing lifecycle, monitor KPIs (revenue, occupancy rates, pipeline activity), handle high-level negotiations, ensure DLD and RERA compliance, and collaborate with marketing to enhance property exposure through content and social media—while also resolving escalations quickly and professionally.
