I am an experienced humanitarian professional with over a decade of expertise in US Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) case processing and refugee resettlement. My career has been marked by a proven ability to manage complex cases and lead field teams in challenging environments. I excel in ensuring compliance with resettlement standards while maintaining high-quality service under pressure.

Throughout my tenure, I have developed strong skills in utilizing the START system and coordinating with key stakeholders such as IOM and UNHCR.
