Previously at Gist Technology, I handled data entry, digitization, digital record management, document formatting, printing, scanning, and routine Microsoft application work. I also assisted with basic Windows, software, and connectivity issues while maintaining data accuracy.

With a Bachelor of Information and Communication Technology Education, I bring practical troubleshooting, documentation, customer communication, and day-to-day IT operations support to remote technical support and help desk roles.
