I’m a Founder & IT Support Technician at NAPIT IT STORE, where I engineer 25+ custom gaming/workstation PCs and configure 150+ secure Windows environments. I diagnose and repair 60+ laptops through precise hardware replacement, resolving technical issues for 300+ customers. I also manage network infrastructure by deploying 20+ routers/printers and 5+ CCTV systems to keep performance strong and clients satisfied.

Earlier, I expanded my tech and communication skills through an IT internship at KalpaBiz Pvt. Ltd., creating content strategies and writing articles, blogs, and social media posts to support online presence. I also worked as a Computer Instructor & Hardware Technician at Pacific International Computer, designing curricula for advanced MS Office and OpenOffice, and leading typing and data entry workshops with progress tracking. Alongside training, I handled hardware troubleshooting, OS installations, LAN connectivity, and spare parts inventory with vendor procurement and asset tracking.

Today, I bring a practical, customer-first mindset backed by technical problem solving, clear communication, and continuous improvement. My toolkit spans hardware assembly and troubleshooting, Windows OS configuration, TCP/IP-based network setup, remote support via AnyDesk and TeamViewer, and installations and maintenance for CCTV and printers. I enjoy leading by example through detail, adaptability, and strong time management.
