I’m an Enterprise Account and Technical Project Delivery Manager with 4.5+ years of experience leading the implementation of scalable, data-driven software and AI-assisted workflows in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments. I focus on helping enterprise clients turn technical discovery into reliable delivery—grounded in governance and clear execution plans.

In my current role, I lead discovery, design, and end-to-end implementation across 35+ enterprise accounts and 300+ monthly project lifecycles. I’m accountable for statement of work (SOW) delivery, resource allocation, and quality benchmarks, while keeping executive stakeholders aligned through robust risk/issue tracking (RAID) and data-driven status updates.

I serve as a primary point of contact for external clients, facilitating scoping workshops with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to shape project scope and manage change order processes. I also pioneer AI-assisted workflows aligned with Komodo-aligned practices—automating technical documentation, improving cross-team coordination, and strengthening predictive risk forecasting to accelerate delivery velocity.

Earlier, I led enterprise onboarding and system configuration, coordinated SCRUM sprints, and tracked engineering build progress via JIRA while communicating releases to clients. I bring hands-on data literacy (SQL, data analytics, advanced Excel, and Google Analytics) and a strong Agile/Scrum foundation to eliminate operational bottlenecks, mitigate delivery risks, and improve milestone compliance.
