I’m a Program & Delivery Leader with 15+ years of experience governing end-to-end SaaS delivery at CEO reporting level. I combine enterprise tenant launch governance, AI/ML product delivery, and cross-functional squad leadership to turn complex operations into reliable execution.

At Tobi Cloud, I led vertical expansion for BuckledIn—delivering 6 net-new features in 11 weeks with a fixed go-live deadline by building new compliance and customer ops patterns. When launch risk spiked, I stabilized through 15 post-launch escalations using structured war rooms and radical transparency with daily CEO-level updates.

I’ve also owned AI/ML product governance through Orion, Tobi’s in-house AI route optimisation engine built with Google OR-Tools.
