Currently, I lead a 17-member team across development and support functions, managing project delivery, operational support, stakeholder communication, requirement gathering, solution design, sprint execution, and automation initiatives across 4 ERP platforms serving 5,000+ users across 14 North American distribution sites processing millions of transactions.

I partner closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, business users, and leadership to align priorities, define scalable approaches, and ensure reliable execution. My work covers delivery planning, release coordination, production issue management, dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and governance across multiple concurrent initiatives.

I’ve delivered measurable impact through enterprise automation and AI-enabled solutions—reducing support workload by approximately 40% while improving operational efficiency and user productivity. From designing an AI Assistant platform to re-engineering invoice automation and improving ERP session stability, I’ve consistently earned recognition for ownership, innovation, and delivery excellence.
