I’m a Customer Service Representative with four years of experience in the business process outsourcing industry. I help customers by comparing rates based on the information they provide, making sure they get clear and accurate guidance.

I regularly check the team’s knowledge base and other workflow sources to stay updated, so I can provide accurate information and support customers effectively. I also use Convoso and Five9 to manage customer interactions and improve the overall experience.

I’m involved in team huddles and brainstorming sessions, and I bring a collaborative mindset while still being able to work independently when needed. I genuinely enjoy learning new industries and skills, and I aim to strengthen customer retention through every interaction.
