I'm looking for a technical support or Citrix-focused role where I can troubleshoot customer environments, strengthen my infrastructure skills, and contribute to reliable support and documentation.

At HCL Technologies, I supported US-based customers using Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, Citrix FAS, and SQL Database. I diagnosed and resolved deployment issues using Citrix Director, Studio, and logging tools while helping minimize downtime and improve customer satisfaction.

I've provided Level 1 and Level 2 support, created troubleshooting documentation, shared support best practices, and guided junior technical support engineers. I also bring networking fundamentals in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and basic Linux commands.
