I’m a Dynamic IT Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Citrix ADC/NetScaler and network infrastructure. I focus on load balancing, virtualization, traffic management, and enterprise support, with a strong bias toward proactive troubleshooting and reliable incident resolution.

In my current role as a Citrix Engineer, I manage and support Citrix NetScaler/ADC, including Load Balancing, Content Switching, Gateway, and Citrix ADM monitoring. I perform NetScaler firmware upgrades, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting to keep systems stable during peak demands.

I also work deeply with Secure Private Access (SPA) and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, including Windows/Linux VDAs. I handle Active Directory, Group Policies, authentication mechanisms, and user access controls, ensuring security policies and access are consistently enforced.

Beyond Citrix, I administer VMware ESXi environments and manage XenMobile (Endpoint Management) setups. I provide L2/L3 support for ADC, networking, and virtualization issues, and I’ve improved reliability outcomes—resolving 95% of tickets within SLA timeframes and reducing downtime by 20% after completed Citrix firmware upgrades.
