I'm currently serving my notice period and am available to join immediately.

At Capgemini Technology Services India Ltd., I deliver L2 infrastructure and application support for a global retail client, supporting more than 2,000 stores worldwide while meeting SLA targets.

I troubleshoot VMware Horizon and Citrix virtual desktop issues, and resolve incidents involving Oracle XStore POS and retail store systems. I also diagnose networking issues across Cisco Meraki, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLAN connectivity.

I monitor infrastructure with SolarWinds, Datadog, and Splunk, and support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Linux, and SQL. I document incident resolutions and root cause analysis in ServiceNow, following ITIL best practices; I hold Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate and Azure Fundamentals certifications, along with ITIL Foundation.
