At OUT OF THE BOX AGING, I run an independent education and consulting business and provide care management and decision support to clients facing complex situations. I turn ambiguous problems into clear, practical plans.

I authored and published 8 Keys: A Simple Framework for Thriving as You Age, taking it from research and writing through editing, design, and publication with AI tools. I also produce video, webinar, web, email, and social content.

At OUT OF THE BOX AGING, I identified operational problems at a residential school and built two AI-assisted web apps with Claude Code: one to track meal attendance and another to reconcile room occupancy with payment records. I also built a Notion workspace to manage projects, ideas, and deadlines.

At SQUARE 1 BANK / SQUARE 1 FINANCIAL, I handled governance and investor relations through an IPO and merger, preparing board materials and maintaining governance records. Earlier, at HEARST BUSINESS MEDIA / POLYGLOT SYSTEMS, I coordinated health-technology customer integrations and onboarding, and at McKinsey & Company I managed financial reporting and synthesized market and valuation information.
