At Nest Health, I built executive operating infrastructure from scratch, including a Board preparation playbook, executive meeting rhythms, and an OKR review cadence. I also designed the organization’s first company-wide onsite around its mission, values, and 2026 strategy.
At Verily, I orchestrated a reorganization that consolidated 26 product lines into three and built operational systems for a 500-person organization. Those systems were later adopted company-wide.
At Flatiron Health, I helped guide the company through its growth and the operational complexities of the Roche acquisition. I built and led a 13-member Strategic Operations team and project managed the incubation and launch of multiple product lines.
I’ve also launched Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s first telehealth services and built analytics and reporting systems for its affiliates. Today, I work as an independent operations consultant for mission-driven organizations, building infrastructure designed to last after I leave.
