I’m looking for a role where I can own customer and insurance coordination end-to-end, handle high-volume communication with accuracy, and use CRM tools to solve complex issues while continuing to grow in customer support excellence.

I’m a customer-focused Patient Care Representative with 4+ years of experience delivering high-quality remote and in-office support. I’m known for reliability, clear communication, and maintaining productivity in fully remote settings.

At Knipper RX, I coordinated communication between patients, providers, and insurance teams while managing high-volume calls with accuracy. I reviewed insurance documentation and patient records, resolved complex issues efficiently, and met performance metrics.
