I’m looking for a fully remote, renewals-focused role. I want to protect and grow recurring enterprise SaaS revenue through proactive renewal strategy, churn risk mitigation, structured stakeholder engagement, and early account health-driven interventions.

I’m a renewals and retention specialist with 15+ years managing high-value, multi-year enterprise SaaS relationships across EMEA and APAC. Most recently, I worked as an Account Director for a global finance transformation platform, owning renewal and retention outcomes for an enterprise portfolio in fully remote, distributed settings.

I protect and grow recurring revenue through proactive renewal strategy, churn risk mitigation, and structured stakeholder engagement across the full customer lifecycle. I read account health signals early, build renewal cases that withstand budget scrutiny, and partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Services, and Product to resolve adoption gaps before they become renewal risk—using frameworks like MEDDPICC and structured, value-based account planning.
