What I'm looking for
I am an Apple platform specialist with over 9 years of IT experience, including five years as the sole macOS and Jamf engineer for a global data center organization. I own the full macOS device lifecycle from architecture and zero-touch deployment to security, compliance, and executive-level support.
As the architect and administrator of a Jamf Pro environment, I implemented Jamf Connect and Zero Touch Provisioning, developed automation and remediation workflows, and served as the single point of failure for Mac platform continuity. I also train and mentor IT staff, maintain platform documentation, and provide C-level technical support.
I hold Cisco CCNA and Jamf certifications (Jamf 200 and Jamf 300) and have hands-on experience with Jamf Protect, Apple Business Manager, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Exchange, and endpoint security. I seek to apply my macOS and device management expertise to strengthen platform reliability and security at scale.
