At Pacific University, I serve as the systems lead for macOS, iOS, and Windows endpoint platforms. I designed and deployed the institution’s first managed iPhone program, and transitioned legacy Jamf workflows to API-driven automation.

I also standardized PDQ Deploy and Inventory processes and co-led Windows 11 migration planning. I develop scripts and documentation to support endpoint security, compliance, and reliable deployments, and train Help Desk staff, field technicians, and student workers.
