I’m a trilingual professional (French, English, Swahili) with 1 year of experience in customer support, document handling, data entry, and translation. I focus on clear communication, careful work, and fast, reliable online service.

In customer-facing work, I handle reception, orientation, and complaint management, ensuring issues are understood and addressed professionally. I also manage document processes, including printing, scanning, and PDF handling, while keeping information organized and easy to review.

I provide written translation English/French for documents and emails, supporting both short and long texts. I’m proficient with Excel and Word for follow-ups, reporting, and formatting, and I’m available immediately for full-time or part-time remote roles.
