What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer support or client experience role where I can use my communication, problem-solving, document preparation, and record-keeping skills to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

I'm currently supporting customers at World Cyber Ke, helping them access online applications and digital government and business services.

I prepare, edit, and format client documents using Microsoft Office while managing printing, scanning, photocopying, and internet service operations. I resolve front-line inquiries and complaints promptly and maintain accurate customer records and transaction logs.

I'm completing a Bachelor's degree at Kenyatta University and bring hands-on experience in chat, email, and phone support, data entry, and office administration.

I'm seeking a remote customer support or client experience role where I can apply strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
