What I'm looking for

I want to build transparent, efficient talent and org systems that align HR with business and enable cross-department C-suite execution. I’m looking for a culture that values relationship-driven people work and measurable growth.

I’ve learned that nothing scales unless organizational design and talent strategy get real attention early. I start with people in the room and relationship building, because culture truly steers outcomes as much as any plan.

As an HR Business Partner, I establish transparent, efficient, objective talent and org systems end-to-end—starting from talent acquisition through internal mobility, and extending into performance, development, and engagement. I build hands-on people systems by creating internal products and automation, including efficiency tools and single-source-of-truth foundations, with HR aligned to business goals and C-suite alignment that replaces silos.

Previously, I worked in executive search and HR business partnership, hyperfocusing on unlocking client growth through senior talent capacity building. I’ve also led full-stack recruiting and operating roles—building teams quickly, launching new growth functions, and driving organizational rebuilds from the ground up through continuous platform development and strategic partnerships.
