At ISS Facility Services AG, I lead HR for Zurich Airport, Dübendorf, Winterthur, and Schaffhausen, supporting around 1,200 employees. I manage five HR consultants, oversee the full HR lifecycle, recruit senior leaders, and develop regional HR marketing and digital HR processes.
I've also led a 4-star resort operation in Indonesia with more than 100 employees and managed HR, recruitment, payroll, finance controls, quality, guest care, and marketing. Earlier, I ran Adecco's Zurich Airport hub, advised clients on HR lifecycle and employment-law matters, and delivered operational and strategic HR projects.
