I'm looking for a role where I can improve operations through process optimization, KPI-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration, helping teams execute efficiently and scale with confidence.

I turn complex operations into clear, measurable results. Over 12+ years across LATAM, I have built the systems that keep businesses running: process improvement, KPI reporting, cross-functional project delivery, and the operational structure that lets teams move faster with fewer surprises.
At Renault Group, I led the ISO 9001 implementation for LATAM engineering operations and designed an organisation-wide KPI dashboard on SharePoint that gave leadership a single view of performance and surfaced bottlenecks no one had seen in isolation.
As founder and operations manager of Chesnu, I ran an end-to-end business: suppliers, e-commerce, customer experience, and the numbers behind all of it.
Most recently I have led remote sourcing and onboarding for a US healthcare company, working across time zones from day one.
