I'm looking to lead cross-functional projects where I can connect operations, stakeholders, and data to improve processes, manage supply chain risk, and support strategic business decisions.

I've led operations and supply chain initiatives for OCASA/Renault, Nissan Argentina, Maxion Montich, EPEC, and Globalthink Technology, connecting business stakeholders with operational teams to turn requirements into actionable projects.

At OCASA/Renault, I led teams across receiving, warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping while developing Power BI KPI dashboards and executive reporting for weekly business reviews. I coordinated SLAs across departments, resolved competing priorities, and used operational analysis to reduce deviations and strengthen continuity.

At Nissan Argentina, I managed supplier improvement projects, root-cause investigations, and 8D corrective-action governance alongside Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Production. I also facilitated technical steering meetings and reporting that supported supplier-risk and business-continuity decisions.
