What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support or operations role where I can resolve time-critical issues, improve processes, coordinate with international stakeholders, and contribute to reliable high-volume operations.

I've delivered daily operational and technical support for 10–12 international B2B clients at Think & Vision / TDE Group, managing Freshdesk and Jira cases in a 24/7/365 environment. I investigate incidents, coordinate resolutions, validate 100+ reports and datasets daily, and monitor operational KPIs using Excel and MySQL.

My operations background includes supervising warehouse picking for Audi Győr, monitoring automotive-parts inventory, coordinating replenishment, and resolving urgent fulfillment issues. At Single Resource, I managed workforce operations for approximately 200 employees, including shift allocation, onboarding, payroll administration, and KPI reporting.

I've also trained teams during the launch of a new operations center in Saudi Arabia and supported users as a system administrator and teacher. I bring clear stakeholder communication, practical troubleshooting, and a strong focus on accuracy to high-volume, time-critical work.
