What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or customer-focused role where I can improve processes, use data to support decisions, resolve complex issues, and contribute to strong client and team experiences.

At Grupo Nortempo, I supported 40 offices by managing recruitment platforms, analysing metrics, controlling budgets, and resolving technical incidents for selection teams.
