As a Medical Instrument Technician with over three years of experience at the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, I have honed my skills in assisting physicians with various endoscopic procedures. My role involved performing an average of 20-25 procedures daily, where I demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, especially when troubleshooting equipment issues. I pride myself on providing excellent customer service, ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed during their procedures.

Currently pursuing a Master’s in Computer Information Science with a concentration in Cyber Security, I have a strong foundation in both healthcare and technology. My academic achievements, including being on the Dean's List, reflect my commitment to excellence. I possess a diverse skill set that includes cloud security, ethical hacking, and advanced networking, which I believe will be invaluable in bridging the gap between healthcare and technology in my future roles.
