I am an IT support professional in training with several years of customer support experience and a strong attention to detail. I am currently pursuing CompTIA A+ through Per Scholas and have completed Google IT Support and ServiceNow certifications.

I have hands-on healthcare and operations experience as a Medical Assistant and Assistant Team Lead, where I supported clinical workflows using Epic, performed EKGs and phlebotomy, and managed scheduling and inventory. I translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly guidance and have diagnosed issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. I also troubleshoot LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi connectivity and apply root-cause analysis to resolve problems efficiently.
