What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in IT support and cybersecurity while applying hands-on experience with identity management, endpoint administration, troubleshooting, and healthcare technology environments.

At Path Forward IT, I provide Tier I/II onsite and remote support for healthcare clients, resolving Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, printer, application, and connectivity issues. I administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID tasks, including MFA resets, account audits, and account-compromise remediation.

I deploy and image Windows and Apple devices, support Exchange and Intune administration, and troubleshoot TCP/IP connectivity with Wireshark. I'm CompTIA A+ certified and pursuing a B.S. in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance.
