What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a collaborative tourism or hospitality role where I can support guests, manage reservations, learn new skills, and contribute to a positive service experience.

I've supported guests and tourism operations in Lisbon through reservation management, customer service, and hotel reception.

At Hotel Gat Rossio, I handled daily managerial tasks, promoted hotel facilities and services, assisted guests with reservations and specific needs, resolved complaints, and helped coordinate hotel events.

Previously at Hippotrip, I managed activity reservations, emails, and special requests while promoting merchandise and documenting activities with before-and-after photos.
