I've supported guest experiences at Orbitur São Jacinto, Pedras Salgadas Spa & Nature Park, Tulip Inn Hotel, and Estalagem Riabela Hotel.

Across reception roles, I've handled check-ins and check-outs, reservations, availability and rate updates through Booking.com, guest enquiries, and issue resolution. At Pedras Salgadas, I also transported and guided guests to their accommodation, creating a welcoming and informative arrival experience.

I've also contributed to breakfast service, food storage, restaurant hygiene, and multi-purpose hotel operations.

Beyond hospitality, I've worked in retail purchasing and order administration, processing invoices, monitoring inventory, and supporting customers in person and by telephone. I'm a native Portuguese speaker with C1 English and training as a Tourism Technician.
