I’m looking for a fast-paced role where I can blend marketing strategy, sales outreach, and operational leadership to grow repeat business and improve efficiency through data-driven decisions and clear client communication.

I’m a marketing-leaning sales and operations professional who strengthens growth by combining customer outreach, brand promotion, and practical execution. Across roles, I’ve focused on turning historical data into better decisions and repeatable results.

Most recently, as an Assistant Manager, I streamline inventory purchasing and reduce product shortages by implementing a monthly forecasting system using historical inventory and usage data. I also standardized inventory tracking across three locations by developing and implementing a barcode-based inventory system.

Previously, as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, I increased brand visibility and customer engagement through digital and print marketing campaigns, website management, newsletters, and social media content. I generated new business opportunities through proactive client communication, including phone outreach, email correspondence, and social media engagement, while maintaining lead databases for private events and partnerships.

Earlier, as a Manager at a high-volume restaurant, I led daily operations by supervising a team of 6–9 employees, optimizing staff scheduling and shift organization, and training employees on procedures and customer service best practices. I bring that same operations discipline to marketing—clear communication, consistent execution, and continuous improvement.
