I’m an HR Generalist who thrives on full-cycle HR work across US & Indian hiring, from recruitment to termination. I bring a detail-oriented, compliance-first approach—especially around FCRA-compliant background checks and education verification.

In my current role as an HR Coordinator, I manage hiring and termination for both US and Indian candidates, handle Paylocity onboarding, coordinate payroll, and support US benefits enrollment. I also draft HR policies aligned with US and Indian labor laws and manage employee travel end-to-end, including flights and car rentals.

Previously, I led HR operations that covered recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, EPFO, attendance, and leave management, while supporting workforce planning and internal engagement. I’ve also delivered customer-focused leadership as a Senior Executive in customer service, ensuring smooth operations and resolving escalations to improve service delivery standards.
