What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR role where I can support compliant employee lifecycle operations, recruitment, payroll, and employee experience while continuing to build my HR analytics skills in Advanced Excel and Power BI.

I've supported HR operations at CoreCivic, administering Workday employee lifecycle transactions including promotions, transfers, compensation updates, and organizational changes. I also process HR and payroll documentation, maintain confidential personnel records, and respond to employee questions about policies, benefits, payroll, and workplace procedures.

Previously at Unique Occupational Services, I managed end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments, tracked 100+ active candidate profiles, and partnered with 10+ hiring managers to coordinate interviews and hiring decisions. I handled offer rollout, salary discussions, onboarding documentation, employee records, attendance data, and monthly engagement activities.

My cross-cultural HR experience spans the United States and India, supported by dual master's degrees in Human Resource Management. I'm currently strengthening my HR analytics capabilities through Advanced Excel and Power BI.
