What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role combining customer support and SaaS sales where I can use multilingual communication, Zendesk-style ticket management, and consultative selling to improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

I’m a Customer Support and Sales professional with experience in SaaS sales, outbound calling, live chat support, and CRM systems. I manage high-volume customer interactions while resolving technical and billing issues with accuracy and compliance.

In my current role as a Customer Support Specialist (Outbound & Chat), I support U.S.-based customers on passport and visa documentation processes. I handle tickets and follow-ups in Zendesk, consistently targeting KPIs like response time and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Previously, I worked as a Customer Service Agent at Transcom Worldwide, delivering multichannel support (phone, chat, email) and handling escalations professionally.
