I troubleshoot Fedora Linux environments, proprietary systems, hardware, and software to reduce downtime for a diverse workforce. I also provide accessible hardware provisioning and tailored support for visually impaired employees.

Previously at Stanford Graduate School of Business, I monitored device health and compliance across 80+ assets, performed break/fix diagnostics, and helped identify system upgrades through advanced spreadsheet formulas.

I've also configured and deployed 10+ desktop units daily, mentored interns on imaging and account administration, and partnered across teams to turn technical requirements and user feedback into infrastructure improvements.
