At VCC Skills Academy, I developed and maintained comprehensive product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively. I handled escalated calls efficiently, responded to requests for products, services, and company information, and adapted quickly to changing priorities during peak times and special events.

Alongside my work, I’m pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management. I bring a people-first mindset to service delivery—continually improving how I work with customers and teams to raise satisfaction ratings.
