I’m looking for a fast-paced customer-facing role where I can take ownership of cases, resolve complaints quickly, and support customers with professionalism. I want a team environment with clear targets, where I can contribute my claims and safeguarding/SEN experience.

I’m a confident, highly organised customer service professional with 5+ years of experience and over a year in management. I’m known for staying productive during stressful periods, meeting targets and guidelines daily, and delivering strong results both independently and as part of a team.

At Sedgwick, I worked as a Customer Service Advisor taking inbound emergency out-of-hours calls for many insurance companies. I collected relevant information for new claims, followed confidentiality policies, and passed details to insurers promptly, while also handling customer complaints effectively—closing 50% of complaints while speaking with customers. I also authorised invoices and payments for contractors and suppliers, and replied to policyholder emails about claim queries.

Before that, I was an Energy Specialist for E.on through Sigma (crossed meters, meter exchanges, and providing customer billing) using calls, email, social media, and postal mail. I communicated with internal agents and departments to resolve issues quickly, earned excellent Trustpilot reviews, and was one of the top performers on my team for complex email complaints and timely resolutions. I also support new starters with an in-team knowledge system, and I bring additional safeguarding and SEN experience from roles as a deputy manager, DSL, and SENCO in early years childcare.
