What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in banking and financial services where I can strengthen operations, customer experience, cash management, reconciliation, and compliance while continuing to grow as a leader.

At Polaris Bank, I authorized customer transactions, managed branch cash and vault operations, monitored ATMs, and completed customer and General Ledger reconciliations. I also served as Head of Transactions and Head of Cash, using Oracle Flexcube, Finacle, and Temenos T24.

I've also supported insurance underwriting at Mutual Benefit Insurance and public-sector administration in the Office of the Special Adviser to the Governor on Insurance & Licensing. I bring integrity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a strong focus on customer experience.
