What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can blend customer support and administrative support—responding to inquiries, coordinating tasks, maintaining accurate documentation, and improving customer experiences in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

I’m a customer-focused administrative professional with over two years of experience supporting customers and internal stakeholders through responsive inquiry handling, clear communication, and reliable follow-through. I’m highly organized and detail-oriented, especially when managing confidential records and coordinating day-to-day operations. I bring a strong customer experience mindset and a calm, service-first approach to fast-paced environments.

In my current role as an Administrative Officer, I provide administrative support for postgraduate academic programs. I respond promptly to inquiries from students, faculty members, and external stakeholders, coordinate meetings, and prepare detailed meeting minutes. I also draft official correspondence, reports, and departmental memos while maintaining confidential records with a high level of accuracy.

Previously, as an Administrative Officer in the Non-academic Staff Division, I maintained employee records and confidential personnel files. I processed official correspondence and leave requests, organized documentation to improve efficiency, and supported staff with administrative inquiries. Before that, I served as an English Language Teacher (NYSC), where I communicated with students, parents, and school administrators while resolving conflicts professionally and maintaining accurate attendance and academic records.

I’m especially drawn to roles that combine customer support and administrative excellence—where clear communication, active listening, and problem-solving directly improve outcomes. With strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, plus tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams, I’m ready to deliver dependable support whether interactions happen in-person or remotely.
