I've supported daily business operations at QE Safety Consultancy, coordinating B2B sales, client servicing, training administration, and management support.

I managed invoicing, account reconciliation, payment follow-ups, vendor payouts, payroll tracking, and financial administration through Xero Cloud Accounting. I also built Excel and Google Sheets trackers for client records, sales pipelines, deadlines, payments, and training schedules.

I prepared technical quotations, service proposals, reports, and compliance documentation while coordinating training logistics, resource allocation, trainers, and WSQ/SSG government portal submissions. I regularly handled management calendars, emails, confidential documents, reminders, and communication with clients, vendors, employees, and external partners.

Alongside operations work, I've supported customer-facing hospitality events, taught primary mathematics, administered e-commerce inventory, and completed a network infrastructure internship. My Computing Science background also includes Python, Java, C++, database management, and building web and billing-system projects.
