I'm currently coordinating sales and service operations at Global Machinery Technologies Gulf FZE, managing quotations, invoices, purchase orders, accounts receivable follow-ups, customer records, and service schedules.

I use Zoho and Microsoft Excel to keep reporting, invoicing, payment allocation, and operational tracking accurate and on schedule. I also handle business administration, including insurance renewals and visa applications, while liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Previously, I analyzed KPI, sales forecast, margin gap, and stock variance data at Costa Coffee Ireland, turning data into management reports and business insights. At Just Nature, I combined customer relationship work with marketing support, feedback analysis, website content updates, and customer-focused visuals.

My background also includes accounting, finance tutoring, customer service, and administrative support. I bring an organized, practical approach to keeping day-to-day processes running smoothly.
