As a Customer Support Agent & Sales Representative, I provided technical support and guidance to customers during the A Reason to Imagine phone campaign. I handled high volumes of incoming calls, ensured efficient problem resolution, explained complex phone features in simple, user-friendly terms, and took full ownership of technical issues so customer concerns were addressed promptly and accurately.
