I’m looking for a customer support role where I can deliver bilingual support, manage emails and records using Excel/CRMs, collaborate with teams using tools like Asana or ClickUp, and continually improve response efficiency and customer satisfaction.

I’m a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist with experience in customer service, administrative support, and digital coordination. I deliver French-English customer support via phone, chat, and email, keeping interactions empathetic, patient, and professional.
