What I'm looking for
I’m a customer service professional with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals by providing strong customer assistance and using the company’s platforms and systems effectively. I’m at my best when I can turn problems into clear resolutions while keeping interactions professional and constructive.
In my CS Trainer/Chargeback specialist/BBB liaison role, I trained current employees and new hires on company procedures and systems. I also successfully managed and investigated fiscal charge-backs placed by customers, and handled Better Business Bureau complaints by responding, cataloging, and up-training.
Across assistant manager and customer service manager experiences, I consistently kept operations running smoothly—maintaining proper accounting, counting and administering inventory to goal, and keeping tills within expectation. I prioritized a positive, energetic environment and ensured front-end operations stayed aligned with service and cleanliness standards.
